Reporting a wrong result
Bug reports are the most useful thing you can send. To make one actionable, include:
- The exact input you typed or pasted
- Which page, and which settings were active
- The result you got and the result you expected
- Your browser and version, if you can find it
Conversions are deterministic, so with those four things a problem can usually be reproduced straight away. Send it to contact@converter-hex.com.
Requesting a converter
Tell us what you were trying to do when you needed it. A request that explains the underlying task — reading a firmware dump, decoding a protocol field, checking a color — is far easier to build the right tool for than a bare format name. Send it to contact@converter-hex.com.
What we cannot help with
We cannot debug your code, recover data, or identify what an arbitrary hex string means inside someone else's file format. Those questions get better answers on Stack Overflow or a community forum for the specific technology.
